Operating as a not-for-profit, the Health Benefit Trust of Alberta (HBTA) specializes is Alberta’s largest benefit plan, offering exclusively to employers and unions in the healthcare industry. HBTA approached Web3 to plan and create a user-friendly website that communicated a consistent brand. Web3 built a mobile responsive design with Internet Explorer 6 compatibility, one of many challenging requirements we delivered. Realizing the website targets several different audiences, Web3 developed a multi-tier user system with a login portal that representatives can access documents, notices and confidential information regarding their employees. Administrators have simplified control over the content, document and user systems. Requiring a privacy section with hidden pages, we implemented a section only accessible from a direct link feature. The website successfully conveyed the HBTA story and brand, and provided key services to positive reviews.
